Delaware Judo & Ju-Jitsu Association offers a systematic method of student development and progress measured by colored belts. Our instructors will guide the willing student through the intense training required to achieve the rank of "black belt."  

USATKJ JUNIOR JUDO RANK

Traditional Kodokan Judo Curriculum/Rank Requirement is based on Teaching of Kodokan Judo's founder - Jigoro Kano. USA-TKJ's Curriculum is a Comprehensive Taxonomy of Skills & Knowledge with multiple divisions of training.

UNITED STATES JU-JITSU REQUIREMENTS

In order to establish an adequate progressive achievement system for junior and senior level Ju-Jitsuka, the Ten Class or "Kyu" and the Ten Degree or "Dan" ranks are provided in the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation Rank System.
